The apartment was designed for the clients’ eldest daughter, a student at Moscow State University. Our task was to use every square meter efficiently while preserving a sense of air, light, and spatial freedom. It was important to create an interior that feels both functional and visually light.

We avoided the feeling of a compact space through a carefully considered layout, integrated storage systems, and a neutral palette. The apartment is structured to adapt easily to different scenarios - studying, relaxing, or meeting friends.

The layout is designed so that the compact area functions as efficiently as possible. The main space combines the kitchen and living room, creating a compact yet fully functional zone for living, studying, and hosting guests.
The interior was conceived as contemporary and restrained, yet not cold. We used warm wood tones, stone textures, and tactile fabrics to create a sense of comfort.

Special attention was given to zoning: sliding partitions allow the bedroom to be separated when needed, maintaining flexibility within the space. Integrated lighting and local fixtures create different scenarios - for studying, relaxing, or setting an evening mood.

This is a space for independent young living - functional, well-considered, and light in atmospher
An apartment in a mid-century building in northern Moscow, where a calm architectural foundation and warm materials create a refined space for living with art and collectibles.
