An apartment in northern Moscow, located in a mid-20th-century building overlooking a park, has been transformed into a space for both living and collecting - where retro aesthetics, art, and contemporary comfort come together. The interior is built around works by Ilya Kabakov, Olga Tselkova, Oskar Rabin, Vladimir Klavikho-Telepnev, and Andrey Grositsky, which define the character and color dramaturgy of the space.

A calm architectural foundation and warm materials create the atmosphere of a refined Moscow apartment with a strong sense of history.

The layout preserves the logic of the historic building while improving functionality. The kitchen-dining area forms the heart of the apartment, and the living room flows into a library zone with an art collection and vintage pieces.
The clients are passionate art collectors, and their collection became the starting point of the project. The goal was to create a comfortable environment where the works feel natural rather than displayed. We preserved the spirit of a 1950s apartment, with its distinctive geometry and a subtle palette that highlights the art.
