The layout is organized around two intersecting axes, gradually transitioning from intimate spaces to the spacious living room beneath the sloped roof. The private area, including the bedrooms, is fully separated from the shared spaces, while a private elevator provides direct access to the apartment.
The interior unfolds gradually, from the intimate entrance hall with its decorative ceiling and raised dining area to the spacious living room beneath a nearly six-meter-high sloped roof. Three large skylights provide the main source of natural light, while strategically placed mirrors reflect it throughout the room, emphasizing the height and openness of the space.

The design brings together natural stone, light and dark oak, custom textiles, stainless steel, and glazed ceramics. Furniture created from original drawings, carefully selected artworks, and iconic design pieces from different eras form a cohesive interior where architectural details, materials, and proportions work together to create a distinctive yet timeless atmosphere.
he private areas of the apartment continue the architectural language of the main living spaces, with an emphasis on custom-designed elements, natural materials, and carefully selected artworks.

In the home office, built-in cabinetry follows the slope of the roof, creating a functional space complemented by a Louis Poulsen lamp. The mirrored elevator hall connects different areas of the apartment, while the bathroom features a graphic composition of two types of marble, enhanced by reflective surfaces.

The master bedroom incorporates custom oak cabinetry and a window-side bench, accompanied by artworks by Alexander Grigoriev. In the guest bedroom, a built-in shelving unit and a desk extending from the window reveal make thoughtful use of the available space. An artwork by Oleg Kudryashov completes the composition.
A rental apartment designed as a characterful living space where natural materials, tactile surfaces, and thoughtful planning create a calm and harmonious atmosphere.
